Old Hag's Pizza and Pasta 359 Lake Park Rd Suite 132, Lewisville Also, lots of TVS if you're a sports fan.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options Just up the friendliness and attentiveness of the hostess / entrance people and you're golden. Ordered the burgers and tried the avocado egg rolls (you either love em or hate em - I wasn't impressed but some people say they are the best). Really attentive, refilled drinks, offered suggestions. Not very friendly, when presenting specials it was a mumble jumble of words and I didn't understand what in the world was being said. so here's the truth: hostess/host area service was mediocre. If something isn’t right, they’ll make it right! My first time to BJ's. Pizza, burgers, beer flights- all great quality. ![]() Update- have been coming here for years and have had consistently good service. I ate a couple of slices because I was full from the salad I took the rest to go for later.Restaurant 7 oura 10 nice and cleanEmployee 7 outa 10 gave me good advice on pizzaSalad 5 outa 10 wish it would have been colderPizza 7 outa 10 pretty solid but priceyAll in all, I would probably come back, skip the salad and try the Hoffa pizza, and also bring friends and family who are from outa of town.īJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse 2609 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville The pizza is in a rectangle shape, and I believe the large had 8 squares. I really enjoyed the pizza, but it was just kinda of pricey. The pizza flavor was very good and had a dollop of ricotta cheese on every square. It was hot, and the bottom was nice and toasty crunchy. The only thing I can say bad is that I wish the salad was colder.I killed the salad, and then the pizza came out. She brought out the salad and let me tell you the salad could feed at least 2 it was big. She asked if I wanted a salad, and I looked at the menu and ordered a garden salad. I saw 2 pizzas i wanted to try and asked her which one she recommended between the Motown Supreme and the Hoffa. I was greeted by the server and told to sit anywhere. No one was in the restaurant except 2 staff members. I finally made it on a day that they were open.I walked in, and the place was nice. Then I checked the hours of operation and saw they are closed Monday and Tuesdays and Wednesdays they close at 3. The first time I came was on a monday bit they were closed. I've been wanting to come to this Detroit style pizza restaurant for a few months. Motor City Pizza 1425 FM 407 Suite 600, Lewisville Thank you Sophia and look forward to enjoying my next visit even more! I can recommend this place for your next visit to Lewisville.Update: I updated my review as the owner made a kind gesture and am all about supporting small business. Overall, it was pleasant and served its purpose and am sure I wouldve like my Acai bowl and bottled water had I received it. They provide free WiFi access so was able to use that to discuss and share with my colleague.Wasnt too loud so was a good environment for having a discussion. They had other pastries and donuts but I dont eat processed foods so you may like it as I saw they offered half dozen donuts for $6.The reason for my visit was to have a meeting and luckily my counterpart was able to get their coffee with no isses. Didnt get either, lol, as they had run out of ingredients for my Acai bowl and just simply forgot about the bottled water. ![]() This is a nice coffee and donut shop but run by teens with a lack of follow through, which is why Im being generous with stars because Im patient and understand teens get flustered when its busy.Anyway, ordered a bottle water and Acai bowl.
